Diputació de Barcelona - (Barcelona Regional Government)- Local entity which operates at a supramunicipal level in the Province of Barcelona with the aim to work for the interest of the 311 municipalities of the Province and for the own interests as a regional government. In the mobility field Diputació seeks to promote a more efficient use of all means of public transport in order to save energy and to decrease air pollution. The Environmental Area, in charge of the delegated presidency, is responsible for proposing and developing the mobility policy in the provincial territory and therefore this Area is leading inside Diputació de Barcelona, the GESMOPOLI project. The Environmental Service undertakes the mobility policy management and it is the main responsible for the development of GESMOPOLI.

Comisiones Obreras Nacionales de Catalunya - CCOO is a participatory Trade Union made up by men and women who become members in a voluntary and solidarity way in order to defend their interests (either general or specific) as a group of workers and also to achieve a fair, democratic and participatory society. In the mobility field, the Trade Union encourages a model change in commuting or daily mobility, based on sustainability, safety and affordability for all workers.

Unió General de Treballadors de Catalunya (UGT de Catalunya) - Trade Union established in 1888. With a socialist, plural and national approach UGT works to reach agreements in order to achieve social improvements in work and life conditions, while trying to harmonize economic development with social development. Regarding mobility, UGT supports universal access to all means of transport, non discrimination and a mobility model based on security, sustainability and affordability for the whole society. The Institutional Secretary and the Secretary for Labour Safety and Environment are responsible for working in mobility issues. Federació de Societats Laborals de Catalunya (FESALC) - Nonprofit organization that seeks to represent the Catalan Labor Societies defending their interests in front of public administrations and private organizations or persons. Regarding mobility FESALC main objective is to identify the main mobility problems of workers from Labor Societies that are placed in industrial areas, by means of meeting with companies to analyze problems and seeking suitable solutions for each case, with the aim to make progress in sustainable mobility.
The Fesalc Department of Projects and Training is the management Area responsible for mobility issues and Fesalc itself is acting as a management Unity taking part in the development of GESMOPOLI project.
